P9nda's KOTH is a server focused around PVP, Base Raid & Progress grinding. It is a mix of Rusturnov, since Rust Mod themed guns & items are being used and Unturnov with the style of entering & extracting islands. This guide will give you all relevant information you need to know to get started in P9nda's KOTH. Have Fun!

General Rules:

• 1. No cheats, lagswitch, hacks, scripts or other third party software to gain advantage
  
• 2. No harassment, toxicity or discrimination towards others
  
• 3. No racist or discriminating username or profile picture
  
• 4. No spamming or flooding & advertising servers, malicious or NSFW links/content
  
• 5. No grouping/teaming above the max group size allowed on the server (cross-teaming included)
  
• 6. No knowingly playing with a rulebreaker and not reporting those
  
• 7. No server mods, map or plugin bug and glitch abuse/exploit
  
• 8. No alt accounts unless permission from an admin has been given
  
• 9. No releasing any private information about someone (doxing)
  
• 10. No selling/trading any in-game currency/items or perks for anything outside of the network
  
• 11. No impersonation of other players
  
• 12. Every player/group is only allowed to have/use 1 base at a time
  
• 13. Sentries can only be placed inside bases, not outside or on top & max 15 sentries per base
  
• 14. Scamming or stealing from others in trades is not allowed
  
• 15. Teaming of any kind during the KOTH Royale event is not allowed

You can enter the Survival Islands by talking to NPC Avin and extract back to the Safezone with the "/sz" or "/safezone" command

On KOTH all Bases are pre-built and the only way to own a base is to first collect some wood, then craft a Tool Cupboard which can then be placed in a unclaimed base. There are several of those scattered around the islands and often require you to raid one of them first. Make sure to protect your Tool Cupboard as good as you can, since your base will be wiped entirely once it has been salvaged or destroyed. All Storage container crafting recipes contain Gears which can be found in Tool Boxes, Barrels & Crates around the islands.

Respawns
The only way to have set respawn points, are sleeping bags which can only be placed in your own claimed base. You can safely teleport from your base to the Safezone using the /sz command and back from the Safezone into your base by clicking "Home" with the Avin NPC.

Storage
Another great perk is having the ability to store much more items than you could possibly fit in your vaults, allowing you to keep only the most valuable items in those.

Furnace
When owning a base you are able to craft Furnaces which allow you to smelt your ores safely in your own 4 walls instead of having to take the risk smelting the ores at public locations.

Defense
Sentries can be crafted which will defend your base to an extend. Generators are not required but the guns in your sentries can and will run out of ammo, so make sure to always check on them.

Raiding bases is required and a very essential part on the server. Since there is only a limited amount of bases on the map, the demand for them is super high. There is a few ways to obtain raiding gear:

Mining
Mine stone nodes around the map to have a chance to get Sulfur Ore dopped. Sulfure Ore can be smelted into Gunpowder by putting them in a furnace which you can either craft and place in your base, or find in several locations all around the island. This gunpowder is then being used to craft Explosives which can be turned into Satchel Charges or C4

Scavenging
Barrels & Crates all around the islands also have a chance to drop gunpowder directly. There is obviously higher risk to visit those places but can be very rewarding as you don't need an additional furnace for the process. Military and Elite Crates even have a slight chance to drop a Explosive directly.

Trading
The easiest but most expensive way to obtain raiding gear is to trade it with NPC Raul which can be found in the Safezone. Depending on how far he has been upgraded, he will offer you higher tier raiding gear.


All structures which are pre-built can not be damaged and only one door/window that the charge/c4 is being placed on will take damage at a time. It's not possible to place raiding gear between 2 doors to damage both. Once the Tool Cupboard has been found and destroyed, everything will be destroyed & the loot dropped on the ground. It can then be re-claimed and used as a base again.

Barrels

• Common Barrel (White) drops mostly regular Loot
  
• Unique Barrel (Blue) also contains mostly regular Loot (2 items per Barrel)
  
• Fuel Barrel (Red) drop Crude Oil which can be refined to Low Grade Fuel

Crates & Boxes

• Common Crate drop mostly regular Loot (2 items per Crate)
  
• Military Crate drop medium-high tier Loot (2 items per Crate)
  
• Elite Crate drop mostly high tier Loot (2 items per Crate)
  
• Medic Crate drop Bandages & Syringes (2 items per Crate)
  
• Tool Box drop metal, scrap or smaller amounts of ammo

Resources

• Hemp can be picked up and give you 1 cloth
  
• Mushrooms can be picked up and give you 1 mushroom
  
• Logs can be picked up and give you 1 wood
  
• Stones can be picked up and give you 1 item from the stone node loot pool below
  
• Stone Nodes drop metal, high quality metal or sulfur ore, stone, shards and special ores which can be smelted into bars to upgrade NPC tiers (3 items per stone node)
  
• Trees drop wood. just.. wood. (3 wood per tree)

Recycler
Recyclers can be found in multiple locations around the island. Most items, guns, tools, clothing & armor can be recycled to gain some resources back. Recycling guns also give you scrap metal on top.

Refinery
Refinery can be found in multiple locations around the island. Crude Oil can be turned into Low Grade Fuel which is required to craft Syringes, Furnaces or to power the Mining Quarry

Mining Quarry
You can automate the mining process by visiting the Mining Quarry which can be found once on each island and placing Low Grade Fuel in it. Over time this Lower Grade Fuel will then turn into stone, ores or even shards.

There are several Trader NPCs located in the Safezone which will sell you Items for Scrap Metal. You first have to find NPC Rusty and deposit all your Scrap, then go to one of the Trader NPC and buy whatever you want. At the start these Traders will only sell you Tier 1 items. In order to unlock higher Tiers you will need to bring them one kind of 5 Special Bars. Bars can be found in Barrels & Crates all around the map, or by mining for Special Ores and then smelting those in Furnaces.

High Risk - High Reward. Scorpion-7 Keycard Bunkers have the chance to spawn some incredible loot, but require Keycards which can only be used 4 times in total (2x Entry & 2x Exit) until they break. You can enter a bunker by taking out the Keycard and "punching" them against the Bunker Door. Inside the Bunkers you can find several crates, barrels & tool boxes including Elite Crates. Players only have a total of 5 minutes to loot the bunker. During that time your Radiation will slowly increase & kill you once you hit 100. Entering the Safezone will heal your Radiation fully again.

S-7 Rooms
Most of the Bunker loot is stored behind so called S-7 Doors which can be opened using a One-Time-Use S-7 Key. Those Keys can be found outside the bunkers in Crates & Barrels. When entering a S-7 Key Room you will be greeted with several special S-7 Barrels & Crates with slightly increased chance for better loot than the "normal ones". It is recommended to take at least 1-2 keys with you when making Bunker runs so you don't waste the Keycard uses.

Golden S-7 Rooms
For those that want to take full advantage of their Bunker Runs: Each Keycard Bunker also has a very high tier Lootroom locked behind a Golden S-7 Door which can only be opened by using the super rare Golden S-7 Key which can only be found in Crates with low chance. These Rooms contain a crazy amount of S-7 Crates and Barrels with almost guaranteed treasure you find down there.

Exit Doors
Leaving a Keycard Bunker is super risky as players could be waiting for you on the other side. One way to remove this risk entirely is by finishing off your bunker run using a Exit Key which can be used to extract from a Bunker directly to the Safezone. This Key can, like the others, be found in Barrels & Crates. Each Bunker has one Exit Door.

Skills increase your movement speed, decrease your recoil, reduce your footstep sounds and much more. All your Skills can be increased with Skill Books which can be found everywhere around the islands in Crates, Barrels & Boxes. When finding one of the super rare Skill Books they will automatically turn into one of the 10 existing Skills with a low chance for a Ultimate Skill Book. This special black-coloured book can be crafted into any of the existing Skill Books where you have the full choice.

In order to start increase your Skills using Skill Books talk to "Master" which is the first NPC you find in the Safezone. Accept all his "Quests" and once you have enough Skill Books to finish one of this quests he will reward you with the next Level. You can level up each still up to 3 times. All Skills will stay for the rest of the current wipe.

Shards can be found when from mining stone nodes, where they have a very low chance to drop. There are 9 Shards in total with 8 of them having the same rarity and the Fire Shard being a lot more rare and valuable than the others. By combining 5 of the same coloured Shards you will get a Gem which can finally be exchanged for Prestige Tokens.

Prestige Tokens are the most rare currency and can be used to exclusively trade for the highest tier items in KOTH by talking to the Prestige Trader in the Safezone.

Every 1-2 in-game days a supply drop will be called on one of the existing islands. They contain a lot of mid-high end gear which can also contain items such as Skill Books, Shards, Bars or much more. Supply drops are also the only way besides Cases where you can find Tier 5 Guns & Armor.

You can call in your own supply drop at a location of your choice. When throwing the super rare Supply Signal smoke on the ground, a supply drop will be called and dropped within 1-2 minutes.
