Scrapping the Barrel Unit model

Scraping the Barrel, Non-Discriminatory Conscription, and Volkssturm all claim that everyone will serve in the armed forces. But this is never shown in game. At least not to the degree that the Non-Discriminatory Conscription doctrine icon implies. This mod aims to fix that issue.

The true Scraping the Barrel experience.

Replaces the German infantry model with one in a wheel chair. And replaces the German MG model with a blind one.

Note:
*This mod changes the base German infantry models regardless of conscription or doctrine.
