解説


Nassau, New Providence Island, Bahamas

Is this English soil? Who's is it? - Ours!

This is a humble attempt to roughly recreate New Providence Island and its only town Nassau vaguely during the beginning of the 18th century right after the British Empire regained control of the island. It is complete with a fort, the town of Nassau, bushy landscapes and two mansions in the countryside. The spawn "room" is a british sloop on the ocean. Keep in mind that this map does not have AI nodes but comes with an optimized navmesh for more advanced bots. You will also realize that the houses and the town can be a bit empty at times in regards to props, but that is due to performance reasons. The intent behind that is for you to be able to add your own props using PermaProps in case it is too empty for your liking.

BA - Main developer and author of the map. This is also the only person allowed to give permission to edit the map
PaulPanzerwerfer - Very good and based man. Was a big help with writing up a concept, testing stuff and making houses
devil123w - Helping me out with creating buildings and decorating the town while I was doing other stuff. Er machts so wie Pastor Nolte und der machts so, wie er wollte

Feel free to use this map on your server or in sandbox, I don't really care. If you wanna edit it, just ask me and we'll figure something out.

@silverservice The map doesn't randomly decide not to work anymore. Since I didn't update it, it has to be an issue on your end. Your question regarding the rework has already been answered by me in my previous message

@silverservice The map is still set for a major rework, I just haven't found time yet to start. It probably won't be before the end of the year tbh

@Oros The map is set for a rework in the near future. I would suggest you wait until that comes around and we'll talk about maybe giving you edit access later on down the road
