The first thing I advise you to do is to disable windows defender. Because it slows down your computer. Replace it with any other antivirus. There are a lot of tutorials on youtube on this topic.

The next step is to disable useless windows functions.
Press "start" and click on the gear (all options).

• 1) Games - XBOX Game Bar - turn off (loads processes in the background).

• 2) Privacy and disable the following functions: location; contacts; phone calls; call logs; email; messaging; radio; other devices. These are another useless functions of the winda that work in the background.

• 3) Personalization - Colors - uncheck "transparency effects" (this is if you have a very weak computer, but you can in general)

Now I suggest to disable unnecessary programs autorun. Often it happens that you download something, and then it runs in the background with the Windows and do not even notice it, but the load goes. Press the key combination ctrl + shift + esc, go to the "autoload" and disable unnecessary. Now let's move gradually to our game CS:GO. I advise to reinstall csgo, because even with a minor update this game has a property as to start lagging, so it will bring a kind of boost. But to reinstall we will not only uninstall through steam. To start by clicking on the logo ks in steam - properties - local files - overview. In the explorer window that opens, go to the folder csgo. Uninstall csgo via steam and in Explorer delete all the remaining files, folders. Do not worry, after re-downloading cs go, everything will come back and there will be no problems. (Unless you save your config separately, as well as the radio panel otherwise deleted).

-noaafonts (removes smoothing of fonts).
-lv (removes blood and etc.)
