Delphine is one of the last members of the Blades that helps the Dragonborn during the main questline of the game. You may think of her as an assistant and a likeable character, but no. She sucks.

During the quest "The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller" the Dragonborn is sent to retrieve, well, the horn of Jurgen Windcaller from the Nordic ruin of Ustengrav. Upon reaching the end of the dungeon, a note will be in the place of the horn, telling the Dragonborn to "rent the attic room at the Sleeping Giant Inn". When you get to the inn, you must ask Delphine to rent the "attic room". However, when you ask her this question, she will lead you to a different room which is not the attic room. The issue with this is that she still takes your money. She takes your money and gives you no attic room whatsoever. This is a scam. Scamming is bad.

After she scams you and brings you to the secret basement, she'll question whether or not you are Dragonborn. Why would she go through all this effort if she didn't even think you were Dragonborn? She's dumb. Stupid. I hate her. She'll send you to Kynesgrove to kill a dragon and "pRoVe ThAt YoU'rE dRaGoNbOrN" when you obviously were to begin with.

After all this, she'll make you sneak into a Thalmor party because she's accusing the Aldmeri Dominion of having something to do with the dragons coming back (racist????/). You have to wear clothes that look like Nazeem's clothes which is already an insult. After you get into the party, you have to cause a distraction to make it so your little friend Malborn can show you da wae to get to the room that contains all the information that the Thalmor got about everyone else. Then a bunch of Thalmor dudes are gonna come after you and if you aren't quick enough they might kill Malborn. After you've either freed Cynric Endell or left him to rot in the torture chamber because you're a sick bastard, you get to go through a trapdoor. This leads you right into a cave that has a frost troll in it. Frost trolls suck because they're annoying. Delphine obviously didn't think that the frost troll would be there because she's dumb. She put lives in danger because she's dumb (and racist???).

EVEN AFTER ALL THAT, she and her stupid old man friend try to get you to kill the friendliest dragon you've ever met who has played a key part in helping you on your journey to defeat Alduin. They also refuse to talk to you if you don't murder your cool epic friend. Delphine is a horrible person who manipulates the Dragonborn throughout the entire game.
