Beskrivelse
1994 saw the rapid escalation in Chenarus of a ground conflict that had began with the dissolution of the USSR only five years prior. In December of that year, NATO - acting alone - authorizes the arrest and capture of a Chenarussian warlord hiding in the country's extreme north.
