Blood Pool Consistency Fix

คำอธิบาย
Theres a slight color difference in the dead blood pool compared to the incapacitated blood pool, which makes it look off. I fixed it so the color is the same on both blood pools, which also fixes the weird lighting bug in the screenshot above. Unless you analyze blood pools like me you probably wont tell a difference.

Incompatible with any mod that modifies blood_fx.pcf

Thare's also that blood puddle that you can find in maps that is strangely over reflective, always wondered if that could be fixed
