The travelling Big Top!

The idea was to make a replacement for the Concerts DLC Festival Area but that proves difficult (CO has hidden the asset) so this functions as a Monument that attracts tourists and citizens.

Low-poly. Made initially for proof-of-concept but since Concerts DLC is inaccessible in Asset Editor and I (so far) cannot find a mod to work-around this, I have released this as-is for now. If ever I can make this a functional Concerts DLC festival area I might revisit the model for higher level of detail / more realism.
