Settlement Attack Fix | AI WILL attack a settlement with an army in it

Beschreibung
UPDATE: This mod only works with armies of 20 units. I have tried making this for 40 unit armies(Because that's what I play), but it just doesn't seem to have an effect, even when using ridiculous percentages of 2000%. If anyone has any ideas you're welcome to use RPFM and copy my work so far. :)

This mod fixes the problem on a campaign where the AI will NOT attack a city with a full or half sized army in it(20 units). This mod fixes that by increases the AI autoresolve bonus by 200% for walled settlement battles ONLY.

The reason the AI would not attack a city with an army is because the ai autoresolve could never win it(Calculated before the AI actually move on a city). I have found that with this mod enabled, an army of 20 units stationed in a city will be attacked by the AI, with an autoresolve winning(60%) on all three aggressive/balanced/defensive options. I need to do more testing for armies with 40 units, and increase the AI Autoresolve bonus to 300 or 400%.

This is savegame compatible, and should be compatible with all mods except those that modify AI behavior, because they might edit the values I have in this mod.

Hello,
I'm a little confused by what u said about “This mod only works with armies of 20 units”. i mean are the armies of 20 units you said when the general and his/her armies stationed in the city/town without the garrison units or with the garrison units?
because if this mod works with a general lead full 20 units plus garrison units then there will be more than 20 units right? but if that is the case then why does it not work for me, the AI is just standing there fortifying itself or using a raiding stance, and just like that for 10++ turn, ofcourse i never get attacked by them. but they will attack when i withdraw my general with three stacks of their generals.
well, if this mod works with a purely 20 units card then i can understand about armies of 20 units u said.

Hello Saving Ryans Privates,

can you tell me which database you have changed? I use PFM too and changed there many things. I would like to include your changes there too to have all together in my data.

greetings

Not sure this mod works, especially with capital cities. The AI still seems reluctant to attack cities. In a couple playthroughs the AI didn't attack a provincial capital once. They would put them under seige, but not attack

Hello Saving Ryans Privates,

can you please tell me which datas you changed with the Pak File Manager? It is a old, but good game and now I found the time to play a little bit - but the weak AI is a problem. ;)

greetings

Awesome idea! Though I think it would be better to make a separate mod for 41 unit armies.
