Fun character, but dear god. I don't know how to explain what's wrong with him without mentioning one character's name: Kazuya. You've given Piranha Plant the kill power of Kazuya (0%), meanwhile Piranha Plant already had and still has a very good combo game and decent range and speed. Not only this, but you drastically increased his neutral game by adding way more projectiles to his kit.
He feels way, WAY more powerful than he should be. I have fun with him, but I feel like I shouldn't deserve to take a stock off of a singular interaction.

i think itd be cool to use up and down to raise/lower the ptooie to adjust the range of the move

I wish dair was a hard to hit kind of spike like in SSBU
