English Reference

Using Yandex, I translated some screenshots and decided to upload them here for quick reference, both for myself and others. Obviously the translation isn't perfect... but it's better than nothing!

Introduction
This guide was made as a reference for untranslated creatures/items with automated translations from Yandex. Some translations are weird, and need clarification, but most of them can be pieced together. Anything marked with (needs clarity), well... needs clarity on their ability, in my opinion. If anyone has suggestions on them, please let me know.

I apologize in advance if the developers for some reason are upset by this guide's existence.

Before it's asked, I'm not willing to do the same for any workshop mod. I just wanted an easier way to reference these, and figured it might help to share with others as well.

I plan on adding smaller icons for the descriptions, I just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. The group image at the top of each section should be enough for now.

Again, please let me know if you have any suggestions or your own translations for things that need clarification. Thanks!
Changing the Game to English
If the game is not in English when you launch the game, click the bottom left button on the main menu, and English will be in the drop-down menu. If it's already set to English, change it to any other language, then swap it back to English.
I have to change it back to English every time the game is launched. If anyone knows how to keep it that way, let me know and I'll add it here.
Menus
  • When choosing a difficulty, it might pop up with a prompt. It's probably just telling you that you need to clear the current level to unlock the next one.

  • The button next to 2x Speed is the toggle to show damage numbers.

  • When winning a battle, there will be untranslated text underneath how many coins you received. That's telling you how much experience you got.

  • When getting to a "rest" point, it's just telling you that your units are back to full health.

  • The cat merchant tells you that you can, essentially, sell an item or creature to him a max of 3 times. Drag what you want to sell directly on his image to do so.

  • The last item in his shop restores 10 health to your overall life. The button on the bottom is just to leave the shop (you can't return).

  • When you get to a Boss, it will tell you, as translated by Yandex, "If the BOSS wins, your unit will be resurrected with blood." I'm not entirely sure what that means exactly, considering you already use your life points to resurrect units... Possibly that you can fight the boss again if you have enough health leftover? I'll update this if I find out.

  • When defeated, the button on the left is to return to the battlefield (to look at things), the right is to return to title.

they're not in the creature list and it's not easy to get 3 of the same lvl 3 creature so they're easy to miss. i probably wouldn't know this or any of the other legendaries existed either if it weren't for the achievement (and they show up as bosses at higher levels).

oh thanks! I haven't played in a very long time, I don't remember that guy existing before :fengyi: I've added him :D:

Also you might want to include the demon Legendary since it's also not translated in-game. This is a yandex screenshot + in-game sprite I added to it (feel free to use it).

that makes sense, updated!

i think the melee demon ability (treatment increase) is an increase on how much healing they receive. so with their melee life steal (20%) they would get an additional 40% of that (multiplicative).

IE: if they do 100 damage, they steal 20 like all demons, and that gets increased by 40% to 28.

this should also increase the healing they get from other sources (like priestess or tooth of purity)

I've updated it, thanks!

had an elemental hit a demon several times and it only inflicted burn so i guess they are also immune to poison
Johnny Thunder 5 Feb @ 6:03am
yes. they may also be poison immune, it's hard to tell because of how chaotic it is, but the life steal is fairly easy to see because you can see healing number pop up when they attack even if you have no healing on your team.

Do you mean where it says "Get 20% double blood-sucking immunity [Poison]"?
Johnny Thunder 4 Feb @ 8:35pm
the demon line's basic ability seems to be 20% life steal on hit
