Serving Plates: Make your plates useful

Beskrivning
For Build 42 : https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3399320470

Allow the player to put content from Stir fry Pan/Roasting Pan/Gridle Pan on plates just like stew, soup, rice and pasta in bowls

Make sure you have 2 or more plates in your inventory for the craft recipe to appear.

Also add a crafting recipe to convert Fancy/Orange/Blue plates to the one use in the mod

Can be added into an ongoing save

I think this should be compatible with every other mod since there is very few code

This recipe will ONLY work when food(modded or vanilla) are in those three VANILLA food container :
- frying Pan
- Roasting Pan
- Griddle Pan
if not then the recipe will not show

Also work with Omelette

This recipe will NOT work with any modded container

For exemple: The mod is compatible with sapph's cooking but you will be only able to put content from the 3 vanilla Pan into the plates.

The 2nd mod is optional. It will change how the food is divided through plates. The base mod uses a simple x/2 for 2 plates or x/4 for 4 plates. When using the optional Bonus Stats mod, serving the food on a plate gives a +33% bonus to nutrients.

I have no idea why this was not made before nor why its not in the base game

Hands down one of the mods I love the most. Thank you for your service. Honestly would give you money if you had like a Patreon or something. It's so simple and so annoying from an immersion perspective. It's why all my characters were soup and salad people forever. Thank you for saving us.

Only suggestion I'd have is what other have recommended which is to have the nutrition benefits scale with Cooking but if it's a pain don't sweat it. This is still the bestest of mods. Thank you again.

Oh, you're right:spiffo::steamthumbsup:

@BigTailWolfSuomi the issue with the other plate is that I would need to create 24+ recipes, so to not bloat the crafting menu i preferred adding a simple recipe to convert the other plate into the normal one

Oh my god, that's not good, but I also noticed that except for the white plate, it seems that no other plate can hold foods. Can't this problem be fixed?
When I tried to use two blue plates to pack the foods, I found that this option was not available:steambored:

@BigTailWolfSuomi Thank you for the report! I know why this issue happened and I fixed it in the B42 version of this mod. Sadly, I don't think I would be able to also fix it for the B41 version as there are no flags to use in the recipe file, and I could not find any lua call for the server code too (I think I could fix it by rewriting the whole lua file but I don't want to break anything)

I noticed a small issue. If you use a low durability flat bottomed pan to make a pot of stir fry and then place the dish on a plate, you will find that the pan's durability value becomes full:spiffo:

Ah ok thanks

@Patriote there is no direct support but both mods should be compatible and won't cause errors
