I had have this problem and very frequently, so I thought I'd make a guide on it if anyone else has it.

  1. Make sure to keep your monitor on
  2. Apply Windex
  3. Rub the Windex thoroughly until monitor is covered
  4. Lick Windex Off
  5. Remove plastic shell from monitor
  6. Throw it away you don't need it anymore
  7. Dunk screen in Isopropyl Alcohol
  8. Let sit overnight
  9. Remove from Isopropyl Alcohol
Your monitor should be clean now, make sure to like, award and favorite!
