In this guide are all the necessary puzzles for the story of Resident Evil 4 Remake, both for the Assisted and Standard difficulties and for Hardcore and Professional since some puzzles vary a little.
I hope the guide is useful and a like is appreciated ^^
I'm sorry if there is a problem with the translation, I translated my guide in Spanish as best I could.

Valley emblem

This puzzle is very simple, just flip the emblem and rotate it until the stick that is located behind is at the bottom right.
Mayor's house

For this puzzle we will use the lock of the cupboard located on the floor below and we will put the symbols of the harvest, the pig and the baby.

Once we have obtained the sphere we will go up to the upper floor, we will place it on the door and we will begin to rotate it until we form the symbol of Los Iluminados. (If you see that almost has the shape but you can't get it right, turn it 180º)
Puzzle of hexagonal pieces

This puzzle is not necessary for the story, simply to obtain a treasure, to solve it quickly we must put the 3 hexagonal pieces in order: A, B and C.

In Assisted/Standard:
It would look like this, we simply rotate the left side 1 time and 1 time the upper side.
In Hardcore/Professional:
It would look like this, we simply rotate the right side 2 times, 2 times the left side and 1 time the upper side.
Cave and shrine altars

In each puzzle we must press 3 symbols to obtain the heads that we have to place to get the key to the church.

In order to start the puzzle of the window we must press the lever located on the left and place the blue dial found on the right side of the church.

- Castle

Armors

In this puzzle we only have to order the swords in the following order:
1. Iron Sword
2. Golden sword
3. Bloody Sword
4. Rusty Sword
Wall with stone boards

For this puzzle we have to collect the 3 stone boards that are in the room and place them on the wall and then organize them as follows:
- Top: Orange square shield
- Left: Orange hexagonal helmet
- Right: Blue square sword
- Down: Blue hexagonal armor
Dining room

In order to get the snake head we have to sit in two of the chairs and ring the bell: Leon in the bottom left of the second table[] and Ashley in the bottom right of the first table.
Ashley's part

With Ashley we have to complete 2 puzzles, the first one will be setting the clock time which depending on the difficulty will be different
In Assisted/Standard: 11:04

In Hardcore/Professional: 7:00

In Ashley's second puzzle we will have to replace the blue light lamps. To do this, we will place them in the following order:
- The one we've had from the beginning we'll change it for the one found in the back.
- The one on the back will be changed to the one on the left side.
- The one on the left will be placed in the empty space on the right.

- Island

Computers

On the island there are only 2 puzzles necessary for the story, one in the laboratories where the regenerators are located and another in the waste area. Also there's and extra puzzle for getting the MP5. These puzzles depend on the difficulty in which we are playing.

  Fourth square: 2 times
- Third computer on Hardcore/Professional:

Yeah, I think my Steam bugged, I thought I've sent the message, but I didn't.
Anyways, thanks for the quick fix!
Also, I have these notes you could add to the Electronic Locks Puzzle section, it tells how many moves you should do (from outer square to inner), it's pretty useful for speedruns!

Assisted/Standard:
