When your about to fall go into the menu and then click fix position but you have to be fast to do this. You will take damage if you dont do it in time for example Fall off and go into settings during the fall you will still take damage but if you do it before you start falling but when you hop off the object This is incredibly useful for the hoist man achievement when you try to get down.
