If you've ever been destroyed by an evil pink trollface, or even if you haven't, but you're curious, let me show you where it is and how to play as it.
First, if you have no modding experience, that's ok, because all we have to do is change a line or two. this will make the faction it belongs to playable. Make sure you have a Gnu editor, as you cannot change the code otherwise (notepad++ and Visual Studio Code are both good and are free, visual studio is better, just make sure you download the lua extension). go into C/program files (x86)/steam library/steamapps/common/reassembly/data/factions.lua . In this you will find a list of the factions. find 10= contestant. change this to playable= 2

When this is done, go to C/users/{your username}/saved games/reassembly/data/cvars.txt
Once you have done this, scroll to the bottom and put this in: kPlayableFactions = {10}
the end. see if it worked by launching the game. if you did it right, the contestants should be playable. some people say they bug out if you try to make them playable, but i have had no problems. so, make a save file with the contestants, and go into the ship editor. Doesn't work, right? So, hold down alt and drag and ship into the main box or the box you want the trollface in. Click on it and drag the existing ship into the erase slot. now click the import button at the bottom of the screen.
Ok, I over complicated things in that description. so, so avoid a headache, go into the sandbox and double click in a random area, away from the letters. type in the console: sopen trollface .this will spawn in an actually formidable ship. now double click a decent distance away and type: palette 2 in the console. this will spawn the farmer's blocks. if you look closely, trollface has 4 cores. take these out- they belong to borg. take the farmer core and put it wherever you want. now double click the ship, and in the console type (there are supposed to be two Ss) ssave trollface . now if you make a farmer file, or if you have a jacked file already, go into a ship slot and press the import button. go into c/program files (x86)/ steamlibrary/ steamapps/ common/ reassembly/ data/ extra_ships. trollface is near the bottom.
