I have yet to replay prey to add missing features (nostalgic reasons).

Fixes:
-Bullet tracers
-Damage buffs
-Giving ammo entities physics
-Hunter Rifle scope
-Hitreg & Hitscan fixes
-Multiple forms of lua errors
