I’ve made this walkthrough highlighting all ITEMS/IMPORTANT CONVERSATIONS, bell chimes, secondary missions and [ACHIEVEMENTS], but nothing else. There are a lot of things to interact with and they’re up to you to find them!

I won’t be marking every single interactive thing in the maps. This game has a lot of tiny details that are up to you to discover and to ponder about (go play the other games of Stranga if you haven’t already!!!!!! they’re cool).

If you only want to know how to get the different endings, go to the Endings section.

If you only want to know in which chapters are the achievements go to the Achievements section.

BEGINNING:

Interact with the sink in the kitchen [WASH YOUR HANDS]. Get a SODA on the fridge. Take it to Tena on the balcony (select it in the inventory in front of her to give it to her). Keep interacting with her [A SISTERLY CHAT]. The “DREAM” option will make a bell chime sound that counts towards a secret ending (ending section to see which, but beware spoilers).

Take the KNIFE in the bathroom's shelves. Chop the vegetables with it.

After the three cutscenes, leave through the door.

After the cutscenes you'll get [WELCOME TO SHIRUTA]. Talk with everyone in the city to achieve [TALK OF THE TOWN].

• Tanto / Kanu (Sushi bois).
  
• Kappo (Down corner right) He'll give you the BROKEN BOOMBOX.
  
• Roku (Down middle). Go upstairs and talk to Chomin. He'll ask you for SUSHI. Give it to him and he'll give you speakers.
  
• Trix (Down corner left). Help her find the thief and she'll give you the CASETTE TAPE.
  
• Oakie (Top corner right). Give him the BUN [A KIND HEART]. You'll also hear a bell chime. Go back to talk to Trix.
  
• House next to the ramen stand. The BATTERIES are in the chest.
  
• Hoji (Tattoo parlor, through the street between the ramen stand and Sushi Bois). Talk to Hoji. The ALCOHOL is in the medical box next to the sink.
  
• Talk to Gus in the ramen stand and exhaust his dialogue. When you have all the pieces he'll fix the BOOMBOX.

He's the last NPC. Talk to Gus to repair the BOOMBOX [REPAIR IT]. Give the boombox to Tanto and follow him to enter the bathhouse.

After the cutscenes you'll get [THE BATHHOUSE]. Go upstairs to the big doors and talk to Muma. [A FAMILIAR FACE]

Go downstairs. Enter the first room on the left and then the last room. The puzzle is pretty simple, talk to White first (fourth door) then Red (second door) and Yellow (third). Talk with Roku again to get the SALTS.

Go downstairs and talk with the bath woman and give her the SALTS. She'll give you a SLUDGE in return. Talk to Tena in the next bathtub and exhaust her dialogue. (There's a bug and if you pick “ASK ABOUT YOKO” before “PENDANT…” the pendant option will disappear. Still, make sure to choose the Yoko option to hear a bell towards a special ending).

All the way down left is Akana. Give her the BUCKET [BUCKET LICKER] and she'll tell you how to activate the lift next to her.

Go back to Yoko's/Muma's office and interact with the strange cloak [THE SECRET SWITCH]. Take the lift and talk to the Hoki. He'll give you CIGARETTES. Go back and give them to Tena. She'll give you the STORAGE KEY.

Go to the store room in the down corner right. Interact with the water valve. Take the lift again, talk to Hoki. Go back to Yoko's office and she'll encourage you to take a bath.

Downstairs all the way again and interact with the first bath left to the blue lady (make sure to be centered and looking directly at it). [A NICE WARM BATH]

Before following Tanto make sure to check Tena's bathtub. You'll hear a bell chime.

Tena is in Yoko's office.

After the cutscenes you'll get [SPLINTER FEET]. Interact with the door and then go up and talk with Vini [A NEW FRIEND]. Interact again with the door to leave.

Talk with Miggs.

Go upstairs and examine the bookshelf to receive CHOCOLATE. All doors next to the pub are closed. Go left and enter the second door. Talk to the hoki sitting down on the counter and give her the CHOCOLATE. It gives you a bell chime [WOW, CHOCOLATE].

Go down to talk to Gus and get Vini to fix Miggs boiler. Walk back to the pub to get a MINER’S HAT [BOILER'S FIXED]. Give it to Hoki Poki to receive the REQUEST FORM. Go back and up and enter the town hall to talk to Seki. The “ROAD TO NOWHERE” option grants you [AN OLD LEGEND]. The “DARK TUNNELS” give you a bell chime. Give her the REQUEST FORM and get a MINING TICKET in return.

Talk to Tanto in the pub.

[THE HOUSE ON A CLIFF]. Go up and enter the house [A MYSTERIOUS LADY]. Interact with the STATUE in the kitchen for a bell chime.

Enter the bedroom. Open the drawer to get a TUNING FORK. Don't forget to interact with the bed six times to get a bell chime [BOUNCY BOUNCY!]

Enter the storage room and interact with the mirror. Use the TUNING FORK and go downstairs. Talk to Kusari, pick “HELLO” and then “WHO IS THE WITCH” to get a bell chime. Choose “WHY ARE YOU HERE?” [PRISONER OR PASSION]. With the BOWL, go back to the kitchen to Miss Mukade.

Go into the storage room and interact with the shelves to get a BUCKET. Go to the bathroom and use the BUCKET with the bath. After getting the BUCKET OF WATER, talk again with Nura for a bell chime. Pick the first option and then the prompted one (“WHAT’S WITH THE LADY”). [MURKY WATER]

Give Miss Mukade the BUCKET OF WATER and the TUNING FORK for a bell chime. Bring the BOWL OF SOUP to Kusari for a COIN and a bell chime.

Talk to Tanto and go outside to the cave area you appeared in to get a TICKET from the mail. Go back in and into the dressing room.

After the cutscene interact with the dressing table.

In this first area you can grab the SEAWEED if you don't want to come back for it. Go up until you can't advance for a small cutscene.

Cross the iron bridge and enter the first door, choose the last option to go forward in the story. Get the FISH BAIT in the freezer [FISH BAIT]. He'll ask you to bring him a KIPPER BURGER after you cross the bridge. Up the stairs and into the fishing hut. Talk to the Kappo on the left. If you didn't grab the SEAWEED, go do it now. He'll give you the FISHING ROD. You have to use it in the bridge gap.

Interact with the man of the Kappo Cafe to start a sidequest. Go inside and get the KIPPER BURGER. Cross back [HIPPITY HOPPITY], give the burger to the shopkeeper and exit.

Follow Tanto up the stairs.

Enjoy the bumping music.

Enter the west apartments and go upstairs (the perspective can be deceiving, but there are stairs in front of the number 1 plaque). Go through the door and ask Mina “WHAT KIND OF PIZZA IS THAT?” [WHERE'S MY PIZZA?!] Exit the building.

Go up and into the sushi restaurant (middle building). Enter the kitchen and Nikuya will tell you to go next door left into the supermarket and talk to Stretch. He’ll give you the DISH SOAP. Tell him “GOODBYE” to get [A STRETCH TOO FAR].

Go up between buildings and interact with the billboard. [GAME ON!]

Use the DISH SOAP on the dishes. Nikuya will send you to the butchery (to the right). Talk to the assistant to get WAGYU BEEF. After talking to Nikuya, go out and to the left to the bus stop.

Go to the residential suburbs and climb the first stairs you see and into the house. Exhaust all dialogue options with Noryo for two bell chimes. (You'll see a prompt for a photo but after interacting it will disappear, don't worry, it's a deleted asset they forgot to take out.) Exit and go up across the bridge. Enter the shop and talk to the pretty woman. You'll buy the RICE here but don't worry about it for now. Get the CIGARETTES AM I PRETTY? and go back to Nikuya. [MR. BUTCHER]

Before leaving the sushi restaurant, talk to Ace and pick the fourth option [ACE EATER!] and then follow Tanto.

Leave through the door (up) and enter the ramen restaurant to the left. Interact with the ordering machine. Take the RAMEN next to the Chomin and go back into the east apartments.

Go to the Suburbs again and into the shop to talk to the pretty lady for a BABY BOTTLE. Go back to the east apartments. [TANTO TIME!]

In the suburb district, pick the street next to the ninja to the garage door. Ask Mudo for a BUS TICKET and he'll ask you to fetch Lil Jacket. He's in the ramen restaurant in the inner city. Talk with Mudo again. [MY LITTLE YELLOW FRIEND]

Travel to the Yokai temple. Before going in, go all the way around the temple and get the MAIL hidden in the left upper corner. Enter the temple. [ROH RETURNS.]

Go through the doors downstairs and stop Hsin Hsin [CATCH ME IF YOU CAN!] Go down and talk to Shisho and then with Hsin Hsin again to get the BOOK OF STRANGA.

Leave the temple and go to the suburbs. Give the MAIL to the ninja in exchange for COINS (and a bell chime) to buy the BAG OF RICE at the shop. Leave it in front of the sewers in the inner city (bell chime).

Go into the east apartments. Afterwards take the bus to the suburbs and go to the garden in the upper left corner. Make sure to finish the sidequests in Chikara before saying yes to Roku.

You can start touching the shrines you see to call forth the spirit of the forest. The shrines are located:

• next to the train stop.
  
• crossing the railway and straight up.
  
• crossing the railway and to the left.
  
• in the next screen, to the left.
  
• to the right, between the trees.
  
• up to the right, behind the save point.

Go down and take the path to the left. If you've ringed all bells, there should be someone waiting for you there. He'll give you a KATANA. Go back to the train station and grab the BOWL OF NOODLES. Give it to the forest spirit for a bell chime [REMEMBER TO FEED YOUR SPIRITS!]. He'll thank you and another bell will chime.

Give the KATANA to Roku and go inside.

After the cutscene you'll get [THE LEGEND IS TRUE.]

Take the pathway to the left. Hidden between the trees on the right there's an ITEM. Pick it up and show it to Kubi. After that, talk to her again and choose the third option. She'll give you a PHOTO. Give it to Gus for a bell chime [A MOTHER'S RESTLESS SOUL].

Go back and move forward.

Get into the water and examine the drain. In the left upper corner there's a BUCKET with a hole in it. Open the door with the STICK.

Take the door on the right and all the way up to the kitchen. Talk with Toru for some clues. In the boxes next to the back door you'll find a GREEN CHEMICAL. In the dining room interact with the cooking pot on the left for a SOUP LADLE. You can pour the chemicals on the pot to the right.

Go to the shower room and use the SOUP LADLE on the dirty towels to grab the BLUE CHEMICAL. Check both the sauna door and the mask next to the sauna door for two bell chimes. [THE MASK OF STRANGA]

Go to the reception and interact with the trash can to take RED CHEMICAL. In the drawer underneath the bath house neon there's a LOCKER KEY.

You can use it to grab the CUCKOO CLOCK. If you haven't already, pour the CHEMICALS in the pot to the right, remove it with the STICK and fix the BUCKET.

Go to the bathing room and grab a BUCKET OF WATER from the small waterfall. Pour it in the right cooking pot and then add the CUCKOO CLOCK—it'll become a FREEZER KEY. [RUNNING OUT OF TIME]

Open the freezer in the kitchen.(If you've done everything right, it'll give you [REUNION]). He'll give you a SAUNA KEY.

From now on it’s the ending [COLD WATERS]. Depending on what you’ve done through the game you can get 1 to 4 endings with their respective cutscenes and achievements.

• COLD WATERS = regular ending.
  
• OF BLOOD AND WATER = Tena ending.
  
• MY BIG SISTER = Luzia ending.
  
• ANOTHER CHANCE = Sombria ending.

• Endings: COLD WATERS, OF BLOOD AND WATER, MY BIG SISTER, ANOTHER CHANCE.

• COLD WATERS: regular ending.
  
  
• OF BLOOD AND WATER: Ask Tena about her dream (BEGINNING). Tell Tena about Yoko and check her bath before leaving with Tanto (THE BATHHOUSE). Check the sauna (BLOOD AND WATER / ENDING).
  
  
• MY BIG SISTER: Talk to Seki about the tunnels (ESCAPE TUNNELS / KOZAN). Check the statue, jump on the bed, talk to Kusari and to Nura (ENJOY THE SHOW / THE WITCH'S HOUSE). Feed the spirit (AMONGST THE TREES / FOREST).
  
  
• ANOTHER CHANCE: Give the bun to Oakie (PROLOGUE). Give the chocolate to the Hoki (ESCAPE TUNNELS / KOZAN). Give the tuning fork to the chef and feed Kusari (ENJOY THE SHOW / THE WITCH'S HOUSE). Talk to Noryo, give the mail to the ninja and the bag of rice to the kappo (CHIKARA). Give the old photo to Kubi, give the photo to Gus (ROAD TO NOWHERE). Give Tanto the old photo (BLOOD AND WATER / ENDING).
