This current version of V10 is "Public" and "Available" to everyone

The reasoning for this is that!:
We find people claiming ownership of custom edits that we do without giving us any credit. We put a great deal of time into making these maps, and we do hope you can understand that and maybe appreciate it a little more

Enter mat_specular 0 into the console. To fix the missing textures! That is also recommended

If the previous solution didn't resolve the issue, you might want to navigate to the Garry's Mod game directory at 'Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\cfg' and locate the 'autoexec.cfg' file. Within this file, input the command 'mat_specular 0' to see if it rectifies the problem

Did any tables or chairs start to Float?
You're using the wrong models; I adjusted their positioning relative to the center in Blender, causing them to shift. To resolve this, you'll need to uninstall the previous versions of the maps

when i disable the power in the lower area of the building it causes my game to crash. not sure why. i test older versions of the map and my game does not crash
