Holy shit, i thought that was fixed for good a while ago.

I didn't miss any, when I got the last one the achievement pop, but a second later it reset. I had to start a new game, and get a few more for the achievement to appear again, I didn't need to get all 73 at least.

I didn't miss any, the counter just reset after I got the achievement.

It's a pain in the ass if you missed stuff during story... Good luck on finishing the game.
