How i don't get scared is by playing the game with no audio. and if you get bored without audio maybe put on some music or a podcast or something. and if your like me, blast doom music while killing zombies/walkers.

Option 2.

or think of it this way. you are so much smarter and better then zombies.
zombies stand no chance agaisnt you.

and if your trying to no be scared of the zombies/walkers that break down doors. i don't know how to help you heck they scare me too. lol

Option 3.

or, just install cheats and just godmode your way through it. and don't be ashamed of cheating, aslong as your not effecting anyone else's experience. its okay to cheat. and hey! i sometimes cheat too! its okay to suck! i suck everyday!

Everytime i think im safe, but then som zombie busts down the door fbi style, i just kill the zombie, and then go into my little corner where i cry for a few seconds, before continouing like it never happened :)

bro im the cockiest motherfucker until one of them comes around the corner when im not looking and scares the daylights outa me and i usually sit down crying for a few seconds afterwards T_T

this helped me, the zombies scare me alot. especially when there are big hordes of them, or the come out of nowhere.
