The portion of this mod's xml pertaining to the arc welder change shows it reduces the affliction for things like laceration, bite wounds and 'robotinfection', whatever that refers to specifically. I don't know too much about modding stuff myself, so I don't know if lacerations and bite wounds can be considered the same as 'bent metal' or 'damaged electronics'. But if anybody has the smarts for it, I suggest taking a gander at the affliction overrides for all these mods if you wanna make compatibility for neurotrauma.
It should work though!
Can't craft them, dunno where to get them. Probably shop.
