Introduction
Enjoy easy achievements? This is the guide for you. I saw this achievement had such a low completion rate despite how easy it is to get.

In my attempt this resulted in 82 princes (Austria is included here), 12 free cities, and 7 electors. Below will be a list of provinces I used to complete the achievement. I will start with the province I used for my capital and work by region as that would be easier as guide than listing them alphabetically.

In order to get below the points cap, I had to make my leader 0/0/0 age 40 with a 0/0/0 age 0 heir. If you still have points that need to be shed, try re-balancing the ideas. There are ideas that prevent going to war, having missionaries, and prevent having merchants. These greatly reduce the points used.

Once in game, I first used the HRE interface to add all provinces to the empire and then used the Diplomacy interface to release all but one country as a vassal. To release Styria, I used the province interface to return Trieste. Just then un-pause for the tick.I will also include other provinces that can be released.
