CTF Blitz - Turbine

CTF Blitz is a variation of the normal CTF gamemode where:
* Flags are closer to the center of the map
* The cap goal is 6 instead of 3
* You obtain a speed boost when touching the resupply cabinet

The map has also received some changes to the layout to adapt it to the game mode.

When picking up the flag, the carrier will receive some debuffs to prevent very quick captures.
* You obtain a self damage push force debuff
* You move a bit slower

It also includes:
* No cap crits!
* Timers for pickups (health and ammo kits)
* The flag is disabled for 3 seconds when dropped and 10 seconds when captured.
