Hello again I bring a lot of sounds this year
Make sure you do a backup classic old l4d weapon sound just in case you wanna go back change the sound
I added weapons guns sound and Footsteps sound aswell and new medkit sound even explosion fire and pipebomb sound
also alarm car

Extract the files and replace the weapons items player vehicles in l4d folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\sound
