The Schofield - small version

Descriere
This is a smaller version of it. It's still huge but a bit more suitable for medium-sized cities. Now this is a level 4 growable residential builiding. I also recolored it for more interesting look. Everything else is the same, all textures are shared.

You can grab the bigger version here.
