Fluffy's Mod Manager is a Resident Evil (and other games) mod manager that makes installing mods so much easier, I highly recommend it for this. It can be found by searching for it on Nexus mods, or by clicking this link: https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil42023/mods/14

So, a very nice and amazing person on Nexus by the name of DarknessRvaltier has made an excellent mod that changes all the zombies and such in the RE3 remake into dinosaurs. It can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevil32020/mods/144?tab=posts

I'd recommend installing it before any other mod, as that is what the mod author recommends, so as to avoid conflicts.

I have not been able to find any working Regina outfit mods, unfortunately. If anyone knows of any, please let me know, and I shall update this guide immediately.
