Lower Your Graphics Settings
1. Launch CS:GO and go to "Options" from the main menu.
2. Select the "Video Settings" tab.
3. Set all graphics settings to the lowest possible level.
4. Disable anti-aliasing, motion blur, and vertical sync by setting them to "Disabled" or "Off".

Optimize Your Launch Options
1. Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library.
2. Select "Properties" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on "Set Launch Options".
4. Enter "-novid" to skip the intro video when launching the game.
5. Enter "-high" to allocate more system resources to the game.
6. Enter "-nod3d9ex" to reduce memory usage.
Adjust Your Resolution
1. Go to "Video Settings" in CS:GO options.
2. Lower your resolution to improve FPS. The lower the resolution, the better the performance, but the lower the visual quality.
3. Choose a 4:3 aspect ratio for better performance.
Close Background Applications
1. Close any unnecessary applications running in the background. This includes programs like web browsers, music players, and other games.
2. Disable any overlays, such as Discord or Steam, as they can affect game performance.
Update Your Drivers
1. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date. You can check for updates on the manufacturer's website.
2. Alternatively, you can use a tool like Driver Booster to update your drivers automatically.
