Este mod corrige el error en el que la opción "Usar mejor coincidencia" en la selección del modelo 3d del diseñador de aviones no muestra el modelo en el mapa.

Tu selección para el modelo 3d debería sobrescribir cualquier modelo preestablecido en este mod. Este mod está dirigido principalmente a la IA. Deberías ver mucha más variedad de aviones en el juego con este mod.

Este mod está pensado para ser jugado con mi otro mod: "Diseñador de Aviones: Iconos y modelos simplificados - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2946284087 ".
Puedes probar a jugar sin el mod, pero algunos modelos preestablecidos pueden parecer extraños sin los iconos correctos.

Por favor, si encuentras algún error con este mod o con mi otro mod házmelo saber para que pueda arreglarlo.

Which kinda does the same thing... I'm trying to add in Geo's Italian models now.

One thing it is not great at, is showing the correct model in the Research 3d view, but otherwise in the designer and on the map it better than vanilla.

I gave up, pretty much. If Paradox won't fix their crap in a timely manner, and keep adding more crap in the meantime, you lose your motivation quick. I had a test version up and running, but that was about it. Encountered some issues due to a patch and said screw it.

Is this still "safe" to use? Any updated versions around that add the most recent models?

The fact Paradox still hasn't fixed this after more than a year is appaling.
Glad this mod works, turned it on and suddenly there were like 20 times more plane models being shown in the war... I will report this a bug (although it will probably get buried by the newest DLC content bugs and ignored)

Hello, somebody reported the same bug you are fixing in Road to 56 and it's crushing to see that I can't rely on the preview to visualize the AI use of the planes, especially as I have added so so many reskins. Thank you for this but it's just so much extra work for no reasons.

@Nettle Yeah, sorry man. I'm kind of done with Hoi4 for now.
I've got a lot of irl stuff to deal with and probably won't be playing anything for some time.

But if you can, feel free to use anything you can from any of my mods and upload it as your own! Probably share the link here too so everyone looking for updates can find your work :)

Any plans for an update?

If not, understandable. Just checking in. Last time I made a mod to fix this, yours came out and I'd prefer to avoid doing all that work if I don't need too!
