This is the SFO compatible version of the Loreful Diplomacy mod: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2789902959

Very simple mod, I just deleted the diplomatic bonuses/penalities part, because SFO already handles that. This mod just changes which races are allowed to use the "join war" function and so forth.

This is a stand alone mod, just run it with SFO or vanilla for that matter, it's just the loreful diplomacy mod without any faction relationship changes.

This mod is 100% script based, so unless CA adds new cultures and races, there isn't a need to update this mod.

Cathay not being able to ally with Ogres seems weird. I'm no lore expert but I put my suggestion on the main mod page.
