Pattern 315 is very close to Rank 4. But it is not a blue gem

Budd Dwyer, apply only to the playside. He's not on the tier list. I think pattern 986 is well valued, perhaps there will be a good overpayment

I want to buy 986 pattern it has a pretyyyy fair ammount of blue on the backside. And it ain't listed on this guide? Do those Tiers only apply to the playside? not the backside?
