Simple, thats where the Italian Italy comes in.

This is the man we are looking for. He doesn't look so assuming, other than the fact that he possesses numerous anomalous abilities. Our subject seems to possess the ability to become so angry that he is incapable of perishing, and will destroy anything that is currently enraging him at all costs.

He will be an incredibly powerful weapon for neutralizing the German Germany, only issue is we cannot control him without the use of a powerful piece of technology only found in the Italian Italy. A special pizza oven that he will go head over heels for, one that he will be your best friend over.
