Alternative Useful Critical

Opis
A rewrite of Orangecat's More Useful Critical to make it compatible with other mods.

This mod increases the crit damage multiplier for weapons that have over 100% crit chance

The base rate is 1% overflow -> +1% crit damage (e.g +0.01) and you can use Mod Options to tweak this number up to +10% damage per 1% chance

Now compatible with the release version

@JMan after looking a bit at the code i can see some changes from the modloader in 1.0 that may explain this, i'll try and solve the issue tomorrow

I am getting an insane amount of frame skips with this mod enabled. I'm not sure if its a result of the other mods I have, but when I specifically disable this "Alternative Useful Critical" mod, my FPS completely returns to normal and I have no issues. Specifically, the frames start to skip in the later part of the game, usually past round 10.

Could there be a memory leak with this mod or something?

I should add that I didn't have this problem with the mod before the 1.0 update and

It makes it so, when crit chance on a weapon is above 100%, crit damage increases instead
