[Stage2] Tweety, the Tank

People may eventually have something good to say about Tweety, but they keep their mouths shut because he wouldn't understand. The Tank is so accustomed to have his wits laughed at that he actually operates under an unexpected policy: "put him on his behind first, then never ask any question". The very few exceptions are those who somehow figured out his favorite food - a meat pie as meaty as it can possibly be - and who are inspired enough to start any conversation by asking about Dora, his estranged daughter.
Tweety likes doing heavy lifting and doesn't really care whether the weight he's lifting is actually a thing or a human being.
