The central architectural comittee of the german democratic republic
proudly presents this new WBS prototype apartment in line with our recent
environmental reforms:
The WBS 2000!
This new building is made entirely out of eco friendly materials,
such as hempcrete, hemp-plastic, wood, moss and self growing materials.

Long live our new GDR!
This is my first ever Mod, made in a low polygon style,
hope you enjoy it comrade!

Resources:
3t gravel, 10t boards, 6t prefabpanels (eco factory in collection), 2t steel, 3t electric components

-disabled heating to make use of solar panels
-adjusted some costs
-compressed textures

WBS2000 was actually the term for an actual series, developed from WBS90 (never implemented). It wasn't visually distinct from WBS70 and its related types, but featured improved thermal efficiency and urban maneuverability, and was primarily intended for inner city infill and renewal projects (<8 storeys). The project was cancelled with the collapse of the DDR, and no WBS2000 was ever built, though test panels were produced.

Nice. I subscribed. I know that it is maybe realistic :D I'm just more of a person that uses the most efficient buildings,and i'm happy when they also look cool like this one. The Yurts helped me a lot at the beginning of my recent republic.

@Borjär Johnsen I based it on the building I live in rl that has 1 room apartment units on the left and 2 room units on the right, if you count the 3rd inhabitant of the 2 room as a child you get 12.

I compared it to the smallest vanilla building and it seems to have a comparable size, but I think it could be indeed overpriced since the prefab panels aren't made of the usual materials, going to tweak the cost.

I am however planning on doing a 2001 building with more options, after I have done the panel factory.
