I've been making maps of this game, exploring every corner of every stage and found a neat easter egg that Team Reptile put in. It's really high up and you'll need a specific build to reach this area.

Build a Megac using the chart below. We need x5 jumps and x4 air movement abilities. The core options both grant a slight increase to your jump height as well.

Head over to Subprogram Deadlands - Stage 2.
Go left right away and up the stairs. Here you jump 5 times the use the 4 drill abilities, but make the last drill diagonal to the upper right.

And here we are! Team Reptile has spelled out REPTILE in bit chests! You can get a good lot of bits here along with 4 lives.
