[HUD]Simple Health&Armor bar

This is a very simple health and armor bar.I promised to release it one year ago actually X(
You can edit it through the commands below:

tac_uihp_lnth
This allows you to change the health bar's length.

tac_uiamr_lnth
This changes the armor bar's length.

tac_uibar_ht
This changes height of the whole bar.

tac_uibar_hh
This changes the distance between the bar and bottom of your screen.

tac_ui_enable
Enable/disable the bar.

Feel free to edit it in lua.I'll appreciate it if you can tell me about any suggestions or questions about this bar.
