i'd say it could be rated 10+, maybe not for adults and adults only, however, because if it were for only adults it would probably worse. but you do have good points, some of the bosses/creatures are a bit gorey and killing creatures can be disturbing to little kids, though.

That's a fair point. The The answer to the first question is that my train of thought is more like a ps3 controller knot of thought. As for the second thing; If you're not including teens in your definition of children, then there's no point to the video? They don't market themselves towards kids. It would be like if someone made a video saying "Hey don't let your 6 year old play Red Dead Redemption, it's not for kids" (Extreme example, I know, but it gets my point across)

Then how come you come at me with the "But have you met real life?". On top of that we are talking about Terraria not being suitable for kids/children.

Correct. As a result, Terraria has a Teen rating, allowing for all of the things that happen

Just because you can see/experience cruelty and death in real life doesn't mean you should do so in video games. That's why games have a rating, so you know what to expect, know what you'll see and experience.
