All NPC Quests & Endings (w/ points of failure and missable parts)

Changes since last version:
- Added NPCs: Gurranq, Gostoc, Latenna, Roderika, Thops
- Included icons for (Somber) Ancient Dragon Smithing Stones for NPCs who reward them on quest completion
- Added some missing steps in D, Hunter of the Dead quest
- Added step about Unalloyed Golden Needle after defeating Malenia

Hewg is included in Roderika's quest

@Average At Best Sadly, no. This would increase the complexity of placement a lot. You can check the first box of each questline to look up where to find them. This will give you an approximation of the order you can meet them. I could rearrange them in the future though to be grouped by area.
