This is kind of a weird secret, just follow the floating toppins and use the jetpack in order to break the ice block.

While going back through the level after getting the Satan's Choice power-up, enter this room and break the ice blocks in order to access the secret

if you actually have the patience and skill to get every secret eye, you can unlock something pretty cool! (I'm not gonna tell you what it is)

Phantasmal, you need to superjump cancel (press grab or run) or jump over the breakable part of the wall
