Submarine Spotter:

Backstory:
With the southern ports in the Western Territories being re-built, there came a need to defend the newly-arriving ships from Ihzairi submarines. One of these solutions was the small-but-fast Spotter-Class harbor patrol boat.

These goofy-looking boats zipped back and forth in the ports, and if needed, tracked down and destroyed invading submarines until Oceania had built up enough naval military presence to keep any opposing naval force well-enough away from their ports.
