The Americans and South Vietnamese were the bad guys. They were beyond corrupt and the USA even funded and supported the genocidal dictator Pol Pot in Cambodia just to spite Vietnam. Thankfully Vietnam liberated Cambodia from Pol Pot humiliating the USA once again.

In the end the victors would be remembered as the "good guys" meanwhile the vanquished remembered as the "bad guys".

Well the USA and South Vietnam deserved to lose. The US is entirely responsible for destabilizing Afghanistan allowing the Taliban to take over.

Can agree tho unlike the ANA (afghan army) who collapse under 3 months against some poorly equipped and trained insurgents. The ARVN managed to hold south vietnam for 2 years without any u.s support. against trained north vietnamese troops,well equipped and fully aided by USSR and China.

This game showed more respect to the South Vietnamese military ARVN than all of Hollywood's crappy Vietnam War films combined. Eh except for a few like We Were Soldiers and Hamburger Hill since it mostly focused on battles fought by mainly the Americans. I always hated how ARVN was portrayed as cowards when they fought just as hard and bravely as the North Vietnamese and suffered the most casualties among the allies. The South Vietnamese military fought the hardest, fought the longest, and suffered the most. Americans and Australians played a very small role comparatively.

I pretty much just focus on playing the obj rather than killing, I usually get around 500-800 points with just 3-8 kills by playing the obj like capturing, defending, or giving Commander marks..

in only 1000 hours??! what's your secret??
