Requires manual power adjustments:
Batteries are controlled in the Engineering office as well as putting the subsystem on the grid.
Super capacitors are controlled in the Gunnery Command room and can request engineering to place them on the main grid via a button.
Reactor has just enough power to run one aux engine and the main engine off the reactor if all other subsystems are off the grid, including life supports and pumps.
Aux engines are power togglable from the Command room.
Backup can provide 8kw for a short period allowing the sub to burn all engines at the same time, can be used to recharge the subsystem batteries. Back up can be requested from the command room.
Fabricators and research stations have power buttons to help conserve power.
Lights detect humans and pets to turn on to help save power.
