But, the early rank permits give way too much for no requirements. It's very easy to get every pawn you have to Yeoman with one or two quests, then each pawn can summon 4 fighters, air support and get periodic free resources. With just 10 pawns, this adds up massively and you don't really need any higher titles.
Without even building a throne room, you get multiple times more Empire help than a full Count would in vanilla.
And once you get to max rank... let's just say I have a storage full of Orbital Bombardment Targetters now and have used one on squirrels just to see.
I get that it's better to give something OP than make an impossible challenge, but maybe consider if a more toned down version would play better.
