Varadero Villa is a small villa in Varadero, Cuba.

This asset was commissioned by Bastet for his city build of San Theodoros, a fictional country located in South America. San Theodoros is a prototypical banana republic coming straight from the universe of world-famous Belgian comic series Tintin.

I've tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the textures are large. The model has been optimised as much as possible without compromising the structure and detail of the original building. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
