Step 1: The shower

Turn the water on. Make sure the water is warm, not too warm or too cold. If the water is too hot, it can irritate your skin and make it dry (not pleasant). Some people enjoy cold showers because it's more refreshing and includes more benefits.

Step 2: Cleaning

Before you start cleaning, grab your washcloth or loofah sponge. Firstly, start with your hair first. Use some sort of shampoo and conditioner if your hair is dry. After you cleaned your hair, clean your body with body wash. Focus on some places like your armpits and somewhere else which you can figure out yourself, filthy bastard.

Step 3: The towel and deodorant

After you finished cleaning yourself, dry yourself with your towel or your mothers towel. After drying yourself, spray some deodorant on your chest and armpits.

So I do leave the water running as I dry? What if we dont have a wash cloth or loofah? We just rub ourselves down like we're masturbating? Instructions were very unclear as now I came all over the place and I'm not supposed to turn off the water yet.
