Never modded Fallout 76? No Problem!
If you have no idea how to setup mods or "Fallout76Custom", follow these steps to get it ready and also add the speed up fix at the same time:

1. Navigate to Documents\My Games\Fallout 76

2. Select and Copy Fallout76.ini and Paste in same folder:

3. Rename Fallout76 - Copy to Fallout76Custom:

4. Open Fallout76Custom with Notepad and Delete ALL text and even spaces (The entire thing should be empty)

5. Copy these lines and paste them into your empty note:

[Interface]
fFadeToBlackFadeSeconds=0.2000
fMinSecondsForLoadFadeIn=0.3000

6. Save the note and you are done.
Enjoy your faster Fallout 76 Experience!

Your note should look like this:
Already have mods installed/Fallout76Custom? No Problem!
Simply add these lines into your Fallout76Custom seperate from your [Archive] section:

Please let me know if you have any problems.

I have been using this fix with the game installed on my SSD so I cannot confirm if it is as effective on HDD's, but please let me know!

I am not the person to take credit for this fix; But I found it online an thought I would share here.
