I was going to guess that, the pose gives it away somehow, she doesn't hold anything back and that look too, its not secretive she knows who the man is shes watching.. You are good at drawing.

And it wasn't live model, although back in college we use to draw live models all the time. This was a photoshoot of my girlfriend and I couldn't help but to ask if I could paint it. I changed all the colors and light source up though. I usually never keep the same color scheme or direction from the light when I paint from reference.

I mean, I can draw from my imagination but I don't get all the details that I want usually.

Yes. I had a model model for me for this. Then I drew it and then painted it.

is procreate like krita / clip studio / an art software?

Yes, drawn and painted via procreate.
