W and S - up and down
A and D - strafing

Q and E - rotating

Numpad 9 - go forwards
Numpad 6 - go backwards

Q+E at the same time, or Middle Click - look behind you

Numpad 0 OR Left Click - place a bomb (Demolition Man mission)

If you are playing the Demolition Man mission, the timer only starts when you pick up the first bomb, so you have the time to practice flying before you start.

Update 1: If your keyboard lacks a numpad, your best bet is to use a controller, like an Xbox 360 controller. You'll need to install the GInput mod to make it work, along with Silent's ASI Loader, else the controller won't function properly/at all.
