This building is based on Oceanic View on Tung Chau Street, Sham Shui Po. The size of the building has been optimized to fit in the building lot in-game.

@Silver5word Didn't have any issues on my end. But I'll re-import the model and texture sometime later and hope it fix the problem.

I've isolated it down that this asset causes building flickering issues whenever grown or plopped. Can you please look into it?

I love this building as I studied in HK before and love the pencil tower aesthetic.
